The Loire Valley is only 130 km from Paris, so the best way to get there is to land at one of the capital’s 2 airports, Paris Charles de Gaulle or Paris Orly, and then rent a car to drive to the area’s first resorts in just an hour and a half.

The capital is well connected thanks to several scheduled or low-cost airlines, so you will have plenty of choice to get to Paris.

Alternatively, you could land at Nantes airport, which is located at the western end of the Loire Valley: it offers fewer direct flights than Paris, but if your airport of choice is connected, it’s a great option that will allow you to avoid the chaos of Paris.
