One cannot help but be captivated by the Caribbean beauty of Santa Giulia beach, just 7 km south of Porto-Vecchio.

With its turquoise lagoon of crystal-clear waters and its unmistakable tongue of white sand, Santa Giulia attracts crowds of tourists every year in search of its wild, tropical ambience. Sheltered from the winds, the unmissable Santa Giulia beach is surrounded by Mediterranean maquis and granite rocks, overlooking the archipelago of the Cerbicales Islands, classified as a nature reserve. Unmistakable is its wooden jetty, which juts out into the transparent water and provides wonderful photographs.

With its 2 km of white beaches and its turquoise waters, worthy of a Polynesian lagoon, this beach is perfect for couples, families or friends, combining pleasure and relaxation, with active living and charming restaurants right by the sea.

A water sports paradise

The bay of Santa Giulia is the perfect place for water sports: lovers of windsurfing, paddle boarding, kayaking, canoeing, sailing and jet skiing will be able to indulge and dedicate a few hours to sport in an absolutely fabulous setting.

In particular, the Santa Giulia nautical club offers many activities such as water skiing, kitesurfing or even flyboarding for thrill-seekers, scuba diving or boat trips.

Snorkelling and scuba diving are also a favourite activity in the clear waters of Santa Giulia, where underwater life is rich and lush.

How to get to Santa Giulia

Apart from being one of the most beautiful beaches in Corsica, Santa Giulia beach is also one of the most easily accessible, a few kilometres south of Porto Vecchio.

There are two different roads and two accesses to Santa Giulia. The quickest and fastest way, either coming from Porto-Vecchio or Bonifacio, is to follow the N198. At a certain point you will find a diversion on the left for free parking.

Otherwise, you can follow in the direction of Bocca Di L’Oru. Continue for about 1.5 km, turning right and following the numerous signs indicating the Hauts de Santa-Giulia . Continue for another 1.8 km and park before the private residences.
